BURN is a 6 week program designed to burn fat, get you toned, and increase your endurance! This workout program is led completely by me! That’s right, all you have to do is put me in your ear and watch me as I guide you through a killer, FUN workout in approximately 45 minutes. I’m right there training, laughing, and screaming with you while we keep my tempo and sweat all your stress out. It's structured for you to feel better after each workout, recover faster, and receive quick results. No need to keep track of time or count reps - just follow me!
You don’t need anything else on your fitness schedule for these 6 weeks. Every day Monday to Friday, you'll have a different workout with me. Depending on the day, we'll target a specific area of the body (lower body, arms, booty, etc.) using different styles and formats that I created with YOU in mind.
Burn is a 6 week program that is separated into 2 week blocks. Every 2 weeks is a brand new, higher intensity, dynamic, and challenging week of workouts.
